Are you an athlete who workouts in the backyard gym or your local park? Do you work long hours and can't seem to find time to get a good sweat in at the gym? At some point in my life, I have been both. Professional athlete who never had the funds or resources to hire a Sports Performance Coach throughout the off-season like my friends. Always had a part time job and hardly any time for the gym. These are reasons I've become a fitness trainer. To help people who are like me.
With my experience as an athlete, I’ve learned that the body adapts to the physical demands placed on upon it. Coming out of high school, I was thrown into a college weight room and was shown that the body is capable of becoming when the work is out in correctly. With my expertise, my goal is to help you become physically ready to tackle the daily task of your life. To get you to move with proper form and technique, learn new skills and burn off those unwanted calories. The process is a journey, but 3 to 4 days of grit and consistency will make a world of a difference in your fitness journey. The first step is today!!!
